Cereal bars (approx. 10-13 pieces)

- Quick and easy.
- Preparation time: 15 minutes
- Baking time: 18-20 minutes at 160°C
- Storage: will keep in a tin in a cool, dry place for approx. 10 days
Ingredients:
- 100 g familia BodyBalance
- 50 g oat flakes
- 1 egg
- 30 g honey
- 30 g dried figs (approx. 5)
- 30 g dried plums (approx. 5)
- 30 g butter
Preparation:
- Mix the familia BodyBalance and the oat flakes.
- Add the egg and honey and mix well.
- Finely chop the figs and plums and add to the mixture.
- Melt the butter and add to the mixture and mix well. Shape the mixture into bars weighing approx. 25 g (if necessary use a biscuit roller to help shape the bars). Place them on a baking tray and bake them in a preheated oven at 160°C for 18-20 minutes until they are golden brown. Leave them to cool on the tray.
Cookies (approx. 30 pieces)

- Baking time: 15-18 minutes at approx. 160°C
- Storage: will keep in a tin in a cool, dry place for approx. 10 days
Ingredients:
- 125 g familia BodyBalance
- 25 g millet flakes
- 25 g white flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 25 g almond flakes
- 20 g dried figs (approx. 4-5)
- 20 g dried plums (approx. 4-5)
- 1 egg
- 25 g honey
- 60 g butter
Icing / decoration
- 10 g lemon juice
- 50 g icing sugar
Preparation:
- Mix the familia BodyBalance, millet flakes, flour, baking powder and almond flakes.
- Finely chop the figs and plums and add to the mixture.
- Fold in the egg and honey. Then add the melted butter.
- Mix well and then use a spoon to shape the mixture into cookies weighing approx. 12-15g and place them on a tray lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for approx. 15-18 minutes, until golden brown.
- Let them cool for a few minutes, then decorate them with the lemon juice and icing sugar glaze. Do not cover them completely. Move your hand quickly from side to side allowing the glaze to trickle off the spoon to make an attractive zigzag pattern.
Crunchy peaks (approx. 25 pieces)

- Preparation time: 15 minutes, plus 30 minutes soaking
- Baking time: 20-25 minutes at approx. 160°C
- Storage: will keep in a tin in a cool, dry place for approx. 10 days
Ingredients:
- 2 dl milk
- 20 g honey
- 100 g oat flakes
- 50 g millet flakes
- 50 g almond flakes
- 20 g sunflower seeds
- 20 g sesame seeds
- 50 g dried figs (approx. 8-10)
- 50 g dried plums (approx. 8-10)
- 100 g familia BodyBalance
Preparation:
- Warm the milk and honey (do not boil!).
- Mix the oat flakes, millet flakes, almond flakes and sunflower seeds. Add the honey and milk mixture and stir well. Leave for approx. 30 minutes to soak.
- Finely chop the figs and plums and add to the mixture.
- Add the familia BodyBalance and mix well.
- Spread the mixture out on a tray lined with baking paper to a depth of approx. 1 cm and press down lightly.
- After baking cut into triangles approx. 5 cm long. Leave to cool.
