The Mixing Room

Anyone who thinks that mixing is a simple matter would be mistaken. The technical delivery of müesli ingredients is a challenging process, because nobody wants just “curds” in their breakfast bowl. And then there are all the smaller and more delicate ingredients that have to be carefully and exactly weighed out and then added. Fruit powder, vitamins, malt and milk powder among others. And then there are the cereal flakes which need to be handled especially gently. You need a lot of experience to mix müesli properly – and our staff have it in bucket loads!
