Once all the checks have been successfully carried out, the products are finally released for sale. The cardboard boxes are filled as per the customer’s requirements, tagged, palletised and then sent off to the transport company. But even in transit, in the distribution centre and on the shop shelf, we never let the product out of our sight. A watertight traceability system allows us to identify the product at any time and to trace the raw materials back to any supplier.
