Serves 4 (200 ml portions)
Ingredients
250 g strawberries, chopped
1 banana, sliced
80 g familia crunchy müesli
(e.g. c.m.plus with forest fruits)
200 ml water
100 ml red grape juice
Method
- Blend the strawberries with all the remaining ingredients
and pour into four glasses.
Tip for iced smoothies
Slice ripe bananas
and freeze them. Allow them to
thaw slightly before blending.
